Hello friends You Tube, this March 2012 video portal YouTube underwent a change in appearance, which no longer can customize both the page as before, but rather feel a little more focused on the advertising aspect ...
Within these changes there was also a very relevant in the section "Manage Account" in the now separate sections of the community guidelines and copyright warnings, it added a new option called Content ID Claims.
A Content ID Claim, means that the owner of any content you used in your video, has identified the video, but instead of asking for their removal, decided to block, track or monetize it, and do not count as infringement, but have the potential to do so in many cases, but the claimant may change your mind at any time if they so wished. So to not give up anything, I think what would be most appropriate erase and avoid future infringement because, remember, if one day you plan to be "Partner" on You Tube and earn money with your videos, you should be clear of violations.
I think the inclusion of "Content ID Claims" in the area "Manage Account" is to make it easier to access and identify where the errors ... I should also note that if you have ID Matches, you can not enable your account for increases of more than 15 minutes ...
I hope you have been and whatever information I can be reached at:
